About Maple Oak Management
Maple Oak Management (“MOM”) is an Atlanta-based property management firm specializing in multi-family residential properties. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive solution to the real estate management problems faced by property owners and become the gold standard in the multi-family space. We assist our clients and provide a full suite of offerings including helping our clients with repairs and maintenance, Capex programs, rent collections and best practices to ensure efficient receivables management, screening and sourcing new tenants who are a fit for their properties, and other property related issues.

I have served in the multifamily housing Industry for over 20 years. Working with various management companies between Georgia, California, and Texas. My passion for this industry began in 2002 when I started my career as a property manager with Monday Properties located in Atlanta Ga. In 2006 I decided to explore other career options in the multifamily housing industry from: Leasing Training Manager, Senior Staffing Recruiter for BG Staffing and ASAP Personnel, as well as the Operations Manager for Careers Inc. While working for companies that served the apartment industry, I realized how much I loved being on-sight working with residents, so I returned to the Multi-Family Housing Industry.
In 2021 I was hired on as a Property Manager at Stonegate Townhomes and in less than a year promoted to Regional Manager of Maple and Oak Management. I absolutely adore my colleagues and Maple and Oak Management Company. There is no other company I would want to work for.

Being in the Apartment Industry since 1998 I have learned many valuable lessons and how to be an asset to a company, I work hard to ensure all our properties maintenance runs efficient and smooth. My passion of Electrical and HVAC work has taken me many places, I love working with people and to see them smile when I complete their workorders are priceless. I am looking forward to how far I go with Maple and Oak Management, I love the team here I started with the company back in 2021 as the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and I plan on retiring with this company.

I joined the Stonegate Townhomes Team in January as a groundskeeper. Couple of months later became the maintenance assistant, I then started really putting in hard work to climb up this ladder. Then finally, end of October 2022 I was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor, all in under one year, but I couldn’t have done it without my amazing team, I love working for Maple and Oak Management!
